In a fitting tribute to 100 years of RADA (The
Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts) Composer and Musician, Adrian Munsey
has entered into a unique relationship with the World Renowned
photographer Cambridge Jones to produce a three track single and an
extraordinary video featuring 100 of RADA’s best loved actors.
Releasing
his premier album earlier this year to critical acclaim, Adrian Munsey,
was recognised by the media as an important new composer with his album
being awarded “Classical Album of the Fortnight” by the music
industry’s “bible” Music Week and “Album of the Week” by Radio Two’s
Sarah Kennedy.
Cambridge
Jones who’s achievements include being awarded “European Photographer
of the Year” was commissioned by RADA to photograph one hundred of
their best known and loved actors who trained at the Academy, now
released as a book “Off Stage” with a foreword by Lord Attenborough.
Adrian
Munsey’s setting of these portraits to his composition “A Wider Sky”
has produced a powerful and emotive musical and visual journey.
The
single “A Wider Sky” features three tracks “A Wider Sky, Touch of Truth
and Stewart’s Tune includes the video in a CDR format and is also
accompanied by a DVD of “A Wider Sky”. To be released on December 5th,
50% of all profits from the sales will be donated to The RADA Bursary
helping to fund scholarships for the next generation of great actors.
